The success or failure of a lesson will be seen during the teaching and learning process because it show how prepared learner is with suitable materials strategies. This study aims to analyze need for developing materials, designing validating validity practicality effectiveness in English courses. research method Research Development. development model refers S. Thiagarajan et al., which consists 4 stages: Define, design, develop, Disseminate. subjects were 38 students one lecturer. Data collection techniques using qualitative quantitative methods (interviews, observations, documentation, questionnaires). developed validated by material media experts, validation being very valid. small group trials obtained practical category.
